How to encourage your kids to brush their teeth

Teeth hygiene is extremely important for all people. As a parent, you can encourage your little one to follow some easy and fun rules, so they would love taking care of their teeth.

1. Be an example. When your little one is just a baby, try to take him or her to the bathroom with you, so they would see YOU regularly cleaning your teeth.

2. Make the whole process very fun. Buy a bright toothbrush. Make some funny noises. Try to make it a great experience.

3. Encourage your child to do it by themselves. Teach them how to hold the toothbrush. Help them to learn how to clean everything.

4. If you need to control the time of cleaning, use the sand-watch or a timer. Kids love to watch the timer and keep brushing until the clock beeps.

5. For older kids, you can buy an electric brush and download a phone app, that will show all the teeth your kid managed to brush. As a video game, it will be a challenge for them to their job the best way possible.
